BOOKING OPTIONS

…...if you can book outside of our agent at Travel Beyond.  The answer is yes you can.  We do not require anyone to book only through our agent.  In these economic times, if you can find a cheaper price elsewhere, then by all means, take advantage of it. 

However……keep in mind the nature of the reservations you make. 

· Carnival will NOT consider you as part of the Rainbow Roundup Group

· You will NOT be included in the group dining

· Your cabin will be located anywhere on the ship, NOT with the group

· Carnival will NOT refund your money if you need to cancel

· Carnival will NOT match part of your registration fee.

· Registration Fee will be $50

· After June 19 Registration Fee will be $75

• Carnival will consider you as part of the Rainbow Roundup Group.

 

• Carnival will include you in our group dining

 

• Carnival will locate your cabin in the same area as the rest of the Roundup  members.

 

• Carnival will refund your money up to 60 days prior to sailing if you need to cancel

 

• Carnival will match part of your registration fee to help us offset our operating expense

 

• Registration Fee will be $35

 

• After June 19 Registration Fee will be $50
